Abstract

The Final thesis titled "Application of strategic analysis of the preparation for foreign market entry" is focused on the company BLOCK SpA, dealing with Clean Rooms Solutions. The company wants to enter the Austrian market. The theoretical part of the thesis explains concepts such as Strategic Analysis, PEST Analysis, SWOT Analysis, 4C Method, or Porter's Five Competitive Strenghts Model. In the practical part, the mentioned methods are applied in the process of preparation of the foreign market entry. The aim of this study is to determine the potential of the company to enter the new market. The result of the work is suggestions and recommendations on how to implement this process. These recommendations include requirement of a detailed analysis of the foreign market, improving language skills of the company‘s employees or participation in foreign trade fair.
