Abstract

The bachelor thesis consists of three main parts, whereas the first part is focused on legal form of wages and institutes associated with these problems, second part concerns the creation of Wage - payment Plan and the procedure an employer should have adhered to while implementing the Wage - payment Plan. The last part is focused on concrete Wage - payment Plan of Swith Inc. The goal of this bachelor thesis is comparison of set Wage - payment Plan of company with valid legal form and discovery of differences and changes which employer carried out in inside wage regulations in accordance with law.
