Strategická analýza vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is based on the performed strategic analysis to define the competitive advantage of the company and to propose a possible strategy, including specific recommendations for the future. The work is divided into several chapters. The first chapter presents an introduction and the second theoretical knowledge needed to create an analysis of the company. The third chapter presents the analyzed company Lachman Interier Systém s.r.o. and a very important fourth chapter contains selected analyzes that are applied to a specific company. The penultimate chapter presents the suggestions and recommendations that emerged from the analyzes of the fourth chapter. The last chapter evaluates the work and its results.
