Abstract

This thesis focuses on an analysis of market for a semi-finished products with connection to the sales of the final products. OCTG tubes have been chosen as the product which will be analysed. These tubes are used for transport and production in oil industry. To get the information, company called ArcelorMittal Tubular Products - Energy division has been used as a source. A summary of this division’s marketing strategy mainly in terms of its attitude towards purchasing of semi-finished product and the product’s connection to the sales of the final product. In this area, I have analyzed the situation of this division and its relations to the market situation in the world.
