Hodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců s prací a systémem odměňování ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the level of employee satisfaction with work, with working conditions and the reward system. The practical part presents a survey of employee satisfaction, which we conducted in the organization using the method of questioning, namely a questionnaire survey of 25 employees. The results show that employees in the organization are rather satisfied with the above aspects. The area of the organization's reward system adds up the most items which employees are dissatisfied with. Due to some problematic items, we recommended suggestions for improvement in the last chapter.
