Abstract

In my work I try to analyze the actual state of recruitment and selection at FOUNDEIK, Ltd. on the basis of this analysis to devise optimal suggestions and recommendations.The thesis consists of three main parts, theoretical part, practical part and proposals and recommendations. The first part deals with the theoretical bases of the process of recruitment and selection. In describing this process, I draw on the literature, due to which I refer. The second part describes a society FOUNDEIK Ltd. mention about the history, scope of business, organizational structure, customer and contact information. I describe the actual course of the process of recruitment and selection of the company. The practical part is an evaluation questionnaire, which I handed out the staff. The questionnaire and interview with staff workers to serve as a source of information for my research. The third part of the proposals and recommendations. Here I was very limited.Personnel staff told me that the personal finance section of the company are quite modest and therefore can not make any radical changes and improvements. My first proposal was co-operation with educational institutes, then change the environment in which selection interviews are held with the candidates, draft a short questionnaire, which served as a staff employee of the feedback already received calls and the latest proposal is to update the web site since the last modifications to the site took place sometime around 2009.
