Abstract
Goal of this Bachelor Thesis was provided by recommendation for growth of organisation AIESEC. And basically this was provided by strategic analysis. Whole Bachelor Thesis was divided into two main parts. The first one is about demarcation of theoretical methods and, subsequently, the second part is about elaboration of strategic analysis of the organisation itself.
On the basis of research between other student organisations, historical and today’s development of AIESEC, the following methods were chosen: PESTLE, SWOT, and Consumer’s Report by Peter Porter. In the aid of application these methods was discovered that AIESEC Ostrava should more focus on building-up of external vision, the second local committee in Ostrava-Poruba, cooperation with start-up companies and innovation in project management.
