Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment in the manufactoring company and recommend the best option for financing. It is considered a variant of their own funding, bank loan and financial leasing. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to investments and investment decisions. The practical part is focused on individual calculations according to sources of financing investment. The evaluation criteria are applied net present value, profitability index, internal rate of return, payback method and return on capital employed. In conclusion, it is recommended the best form of financing.
