Analýza projektu zabývající se implementací a provozem nového e-shopu ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the project of creating and changing an e-shop using selected tools for evaluating the performance of the old e-shop and investment in creating a new e-shop in a selected business company established for several years. This company owned two obsolete e-shops, which no longer corresponded to new trends, market fluctuations and did not fully satisfy customer requirements, and due to the obsolescence of these e-shops, the selected business company decided to create a fully new, modern, and unified e-shop. The new e-shop has been successfully implemented and is in full operation.
