Ocenění společnosti LINET, s. r. o. vybranými metodami

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti Linet, s.r.o. vybranými výnosovými metodami za účelem stanovení hodnoty podniku. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří základních částí. První část se zabývá popisem metod pro ocenění podniku, včetně postupů a důvodů samotného ocenění. Druhá část je věnována finanční a strategické analýze, v níž jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na konkrétní podmínky oceňovaného podniku Linet, s.r.o.. Náplní třetí části je sestavení finančního plánu a především stanovení hodnoty podniku. Ocenění podniku bylo provedeno k 1. 1. 2009 metodou DC-Equity a metodou kapitalizovaných zisků ve verzi paušální i analytické, kde byly použity dva různé náklady vlastního kapitálu (CAPM a náklad zjištěný využitím komplexní stavebnicové metody). Výsledkem ocenění bylo zjištění částky, která by měla být podkladem při prodeji podniku Linet, s.r.o..

The objective of my diploma thesis is valuation of the company Linet, s.r.o. with the use of chosen yield methods in order to determine the value of the company. The thesis consists of three parts. The aim of the first part is description of different valuation methods including the order and purposes of the evaluation. Second part is dedicated to the financial and stretegic analysis in which the theoretical knowledge is applied to specific conditions of valuated company Linet, s.r.o. The third part of the thesis consists of compilation of the financial plan and determination of the value of the company. The valuation was pefrormed as of 1.1.2009 with the use of DC-Equity method and the method of capitalized profits in the fixed rate and analytical method, where two different equity costs were used (CAPM and the costs determined vith the use of complex unit principle method). Result of the valuation was determination of the amount which should be used as a base for the selling price of the company Lintet, s.r.o.
