Vinařství na Moravě

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with viniculture in Moravia. The theoretical part describes the methodology of processing and the aim of the thesis, explains the importance and role of tourism and of the wine tourist industry, where it focuses on the wine tourism, wine-growers Association and the Wine Fund, the wine division and Moravian wine trails. The practical part of the thesis describes the various wine-growing region of Moravia in detail and then focuses on wine region of „Slovácko“ and its potential use in the wine tourism. The thesis describes the Moravian wine cyclotracks, prices in local winery, wine festivals, gastronomy associated with wine, but also the problems of local winemakers. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the significance of viniculture and wine region of Moravia.
