Abstract
Describes his position and work in crisis management CR. The first part discusses the State Material Reserves Administration as a service information system ARGIS. The second part deals ARGIS system itself. It focuses on the fiction ARGIS and its work in critis management system of the CR. The third part outlines the issues of economic measures for crisis situations.
