Registry jako základní komponenty interoperability v geoinformatice

Abstract

Práca sa zaoberá problematikou zdieľania priestorových informácií a ich štruktúrou. Úvod práce je venovaný smernici INSPIRE a popisuje jej základné princípy. Následne sú vysvetlené požiadavky, ktoré by mali spĺňať registre pri ich využívaní, ale tiež popisuje model registra a jeho súčasti, systém INSPIRE registrov a príklady z krajín, kde sú už niektoré registre (nie len INSPIRE) implementované a spôsob akým sa využívajú. Keďže implementáciou INSPIRE na Slovensku sa zaoberá aj Slovenská agentúra životného prostredia, ktorá je súčasne aj zadávateľom diplomovej práce, tak všetky body sú vypracované na základe vzájomných konzultácií. Praktická časť sa týka spracovania harmonizácie KO KEZ IMK (Katalóg objektov krajinno-ekologickej základne pre integrovaný manažment krajiny) s INSPIRE konsolidovaným modelom. Konkrétne je popísaná transformácia KO KEZ IMK na KTP (Katalóg tried prvkov), ktorý predstavuje jeho UML (Unified Modeling Language) model. Následne sa venuje spôsobu zabezpečenia aktualizácie INSPIRE modelu a KTP, aby mohli byť spravované v prostredí Enterprise Architect. Ďalej popisuje mapovanie prvkov z KTP na prvky z INSPIRE modelu a následné mapovanie ich atribútov v mapovacích tabuľkách. V závere je popísaný spôsob, ako je možné spravovať tok dát pre register a v akej forme je tieto dáta nutné používať.

This Thesis deals with the sharing of spatial data and their structure. The introduction is devoted to INSPIRE Directive and describes its basic principles. Subsequently, it explains the requirements to be fulfilled by registers for its use, but also describes a model of register and its components, the INSPIRE registry and examples of countries where there has been already some registers (not just INSPIRE ones) implemented and how they are used. As the implementation of INSPIRE in Slovakia is also within the focus of the Slovak Environmental Agency, which is also the submitter of the Thesis, all points are drawn according the mutual consultations. The practical part concerns the process of harmonization KO KEZ IMK (Catalogue of objects landscape-ecological basis for integrated land management) with the INSPIRE consolidated model. Specifically, it describes the transformation KO KEZ IMK to KTP (Feature Catalogue) providing the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model representation. Consequently, Thesis deals with the approach of ensure updates consistency of INSPIRE and KTP model, so that they can be managed in an Enterprise Architect with support for versioning. Further on, there are described the mapping of elements of the KTP to the elements of INSPIRE model and subsequent describtion of mapping their attributes in the mapping tables. In conclusion, it clears up how it is possible to manage the flow of data for the register and in what form is this data must be used.
