Modernizace mechanického zpracování kovových odpadů v TSR Czech Republic, s.r.o.

Abstract

In the presented work is a survey of the basic characteristics of scrap metal processing technology, with the distribution tonon-destructive and destructive mechanical processing of scrap metal together with the issues of the transportation of scrap metal, measuring radioaktivity and the ecology. In the next section the mechanization of scrap metal processing is outlined, with in company TSR Czech Republic s.r.o., in the Ostrava – Polanka commercial district. The history of this company is incorporated in this section and subsequently the modernization of the technology of the scrap metal cutting process is included. The next section provides an overview of the technical condition of the machine units in the Center of the plant in Ostrava - Polanka together with a proposal for modernization of the Center. In the final section, the results of performance measurement and consumption of individual units for scrap metal processing are shown in tables and graphs and recommendations to improve the efficiency of work through modernization are presented.
