Abstract

This bachelor work deals with Johann Wolfgang Goethe-one of the greatest Germans in the late 18th century and the early 19th century.

I described not only Goethe´s literary activity which is known all over the world but also his passion for scientific research which is known by hardly anybody. His discoveries, described in my work, concerned many sciences. They helped to explain many scientific problems and hypothesis.
