Abstract

This work focuses on the processing and evaluation of a specific business plan. First, the theoretical background are defined, which are then used in the creation of a specific business plan. The last part are suggestions and recommendations for entrepreneurs who want to implement this plan. PEST analysis, Porter analyzes, competition analysis, 4P marketing strategy, financial analysis, risk analysis and SWOT analysis were used in the practical part. On the basis of these tools, which were processed in a real environment, was found that the business plan should be implemented and economic growth is expected in next years.
