Analýza systému řízení zásob ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the inventory management system. The aim of the thesis assess the level and significance of specific stocks at Siemens Ltd. Elektromotory Mohelnice branch, specifically the foundry department. The aim is also to determine whether the foundry department does not have stock too much bound by financial capital, if it maintains the required amount of items of inventory to meet a demand and ensure a smooth running of its production. This work analyzed a set of state data and stock movements, the systém management and design measures to reduce the funding commitment in stocks.
