Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is acquaint with concept of outsourcing and its main acquisitions for the company, present the actual outsourcing trends and fields of its application with emphasis on Human Resourcess Management, and recommend, how to use the outsourcing of HRM Activities at the Time of Recession.This thesis explains definition of basic concepts associated with outsourcing HRM Activities at the Time of Recession. It describes the phases of outsourcing implementation, by which the company has to pass through. It approximates the most exploited kinds of outsourcing HRM Activities, which the companies use at the Time of Recesion, and the advantages and disadvantages result from the outsourcing implementation to the company. In the last part is the description of the situation in the Czech Republic and the recommendations for outsourcing HRM Activities.
