Abstract
The thesis deals with the analysis of education and development at the company AWT-Rekultivace a.s. In the introduction to the thesis are characterized goals of the thesis followed by the definition of the basic concepts related to this issue. In the third part was carried out characteristics of the company AWT-Rekultivace a.s. with the definition of basic activities and description of the education system. The main part deals with the evaluation questionnaire send to the technical personnel of the company, which is dedicated to educational activities in the AWT-Rekultivace a.s. The final part summarizes the results of the questionnaire, proposals and recommendations to improve the current state of education in this company.
