Abstract

At Thesis I introduced related legislation, I compared it with the deployment for fire-companies in Czech republic and Emergency in Slovakia republic, I analysed the present situation and determined the budget for foundation of one Dispatch centre of Emergency Medical Service. The amount of funds that Region have to take from his budget for it, is so far high. So the solution of this situation is likely to reinforce the assistance and instruments for existing bases or do not change the present arrival time of Emergency. I chose the title of the Thesis name „A Methology for the Optimization of Deployment of Dispatch Centres of Emergency Medical Service in the Region“ due to necessity of revaluation and optimization of Emergency Medical Service System. At this Thesis I am concentrated on the locations of Dispatch centres of Emergency Medical Service in the Region for the reasons of possibility of implementation of new draft bill concerning to this issue. This draft would reduce the time of arrival of Emergency from present 15 minutes to 10 or 20 minutes. This time of arrival is influenced by demographic, topografic and by territory risks. Another influencing factors can be the quality of motorways, dislocation of healthy centers and the frequency of Emergency dispatch.
