Abstract

Stock Exchange is an institution that is an important and integral part of the capital markets. The aim of this work is compared to the Prague Stock Exchange with the stock exchange in Bratislava, Warsaw and RM-System. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis of the exchange in terms of its meaning, organization, functions, sorting and breakdown of stock exchange trades. The second theoretical part describes the selected stock. It deals with the history, organizational structure, method of trading, the structure and characteristics of markets and stock indices. The practical part of the compares each stock based on the annual volume of trading in shares, bonds, financial futures, market capitalization, number of issues of shares, bonds and IPOs, and achieved profit.
