Predmetom vypracovania mojej bakalárskej práce je zhotovenie projektovej dokumentácie bytového domu v rozsahu potrebnom pre stavebné povolenie. Projektová dokumentácia je vypracovaná podľa vyhlášky č. 405/2017 Sb., prílohy č. 12 k vyhláške č. 499/2006 Sb. [1] Práca zahŕňa vypracovanie technologického postupu plochej zelenej strechy, rozpočtu a BOZP technologickej časti. Riešený objekt je bytový dom s troma nadzemnými podlažiami zhotovený z konštrukčného systému Heluz [18]. Zelená strecha je navrhnutá pre jej priaznivé tepelno-izolačné a architektonické vlastnosti, ekologickosť a redukciu znečistenia vzduchu mestského prostredia. Je navrhnutá ako extenzívna bez väčšej potreby údržby. Obyvatelia objektu nebudú strechu nijak aktívne využívať.

The subject of elaboration of my bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for an apartment building to the extent necessary for a building permit. The project documentation is prepared according to Decree no. 405/2017 Coll., Annexes no.12 to Decree no 499/2006 Sb. [1] Bachelor thesis contains the elaboration of the technological process of the flat green roof, the budget and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration of the technological part. The solved object is an apartment building with three above-ground floors made of the Heluz construction system [18]. The object is designed with a green roof for its favourable thermal insulation and architectural properties, environmental friendliness and reduction of air pollu-tion in urban areas.It is designed to be extensive without much maintance. Inhabitants of the building will not actively use the roof.
