Zhodnocení systému motivace a odměňování ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current system of remuneration and motivation in a selected manufacturing company XY and based on our results of a questionnaire survey to propose recommendations for improvement. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical-methodological part and a practical part. The theoretical-methodological part defines stimulation, motivation, types and theories of motivation, motivation of work behavior, management of employee remuneration and work methodology. The practical part describes the production company XY and its current system of remuneration and motivation. Then the evaluation of individual questions of the questionnaire survey is done. Based on the information resulting from the questionnaire survey, measures are proposed to improve company’s existing motivation and remuneration system.
