Optimalizace systému hodnocení dodavatelů

Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the evaluation and selection of suppliers. In the theoretical part are described in general terms, such as purchasing, buyers, criteria for evaluation and selection of suppliers and last but not least, I deal with the general methodology of selecting the best contractor for the company. In the practical part is first described the current approach to the evaluation and selection of suppliers in BC MCHZ Ltd. Thanks to the materials, which were provided to me from their business practices, I applied the methods mentioned in the theoretical part on practical examples. Conclusion of the practical part includes an assessment of all the methods, my personal opinion on each of them or their advantages and disadvantages.
