Analýza zásob

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu skladových zásob a systému jejich řízení ve firmě SERVIS CLIMAX a.s., za účelem návrhu a doporučení na zvýšení efektivity procesu skladování. V úvodu diplomové práce je popsán význam tématu a charakterizován cíl práce. Na něj navazuje teoretická část popisující obecné závislosti a vztahy související s řízením zásob. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na analýzu řízení zásob ve společnosti SERVIS CLIMAX a.s. pomocí ABC analýzy, jejíž výsledky včetně návrhů a doporučení jsou shrnuty v závěru.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current inventory status and inventory management system in the SERVIS CLIMAX company. As a result of the analyses there will be a proposal and a recommendation how to increase the storage process effectiveness. At the beginning of this thesis the importance of the topic is described and its aim is characterized. Then the theoretical part follows and describes general dependencies and relationships associated with inventory management. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of inventory management in the SERVIS CLIMAX company using of ABC analysis. The results of analysis including the proposals and recommendations are summarized in conclusion.
