Abstract

This thesis describes tactics and technologies used by the commander of intervention in emergency management to set up crew commander intervention. Describes the issue of support for command and control processes. Also describe the design concept of a mobile work crew commander intervention using available communication and information technologies, including its draft management structure to implement the intervention. The thesis used the knowledge of the practical implementation of the mobile workplace.
