Monitoring podnikatelských subjektů se zahraniční majetkovou účastí v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

This work deals with the influence of transnational corporations on the Moravian-Silesian region. The aim is monitoring of companies with foreign capital participation in the Moravian-Silesian region. To this aim, the work is divided into practical and theoretical part. The theoretical part summarizes the basic concepts associated with transnational corporations and their importance in the current global environment. The practical part uses methods passport for showing effects of transnational corporations on the Moravian-Silesian region. The outcome determination of current key role of transnational corporations in economic development, but they also generate some negative effects. However, the presence of transnational corporations in the Moravian-Silesian region is desirable and beneficial.
