Analýza skladování materiálu pro výrobu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze skladování materiálu pro výrobu v konkrétní firmě, kterou je BRANO, SBU Plastics a.s. se sídlem v Zubří. Práce popisuje teoretická a metodická východiska v oblasti skladování. Jsou v ní popsány teoretické pojmy z oblasti logistiky, skladování a analýza ABC. Dále je v této práci popsána charakteristika podniku. Cílem bakalářské práce je posouzení stávajícího systému skladování a návrh na zlepšení skladování materiálu. Pro správné uspořádání materiálu ve skladu bude použita ABC analýza. Všechny položky budou rozděleny do tří kategorií, což povede k úspoře času a nákladů.

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with analysis of material warehousing for manufacturing in a specific company called BRANO, SBU Plastics a.s. in Zubří. The thesis describes theoretical as well as methodological options of storing. There are also named the theoretical terms from the area of logistics there, storing and ABC analysis, followed by the description of characteristics of the company. The aim of my Bachelor’s thesis is a judgement of the current system of storing of the material. The ABC analysis has been used for the correct arrangement of the material in the storage place. All of the items are divided into three categories, which will lead to time and cost saving.
