Abstract
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the process of receivables management from their origin to their recovery in a specific contributory organization. The content of the theoretical parts is the definition of legal regulations, accounting and tax aspects, receivables and characteristics of the process of their recovery. The practical part is focused on practical information about views, management and their enforcement in a particular contributory organization.
