Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to determine the value of the company LAKUM-KTL plc. by using selected yield methods and methods based on book-value basis. The theoretical part of this thesis provides information about basic approaches to business valuation and other methods of valuation. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the preparation of strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial plan and determining the business valuation by using selected valuation methods.
