Návrh zavedení systému managementu kvality podle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 v prostředí organizace poskytující služby

Abstract

TOPIC: DESIGN OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION ACCORDING TO THE ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 STANDARD AT SERVICE ORGANIZATION The main field of this master ‘s thesis is to design of quality management system implementation according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard at veterinary clinic and get closer to certification process. Make suitable suggestion for better and long term standing quality in organization. This project is parted do three separate chapters. First chapter is focused to theoretical way, specified ISO standards for building system of quality management and compare changes of old and new version. In this chapter, we also introduce key elements of modern company focused on customer satisfaction. The second chapter is introducing company, company intention and reason for application of ISO. Analysis present state of fill up requirement for quality management system. In the last chapter, we pick up the most critical shortages, which are worked and apply proposal to practice. On the end of this chapter, are some suggestion to improve and keep going new system to rich application of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016
