Abstract
The topic of my bachelor thesis was customer satisfaction measurement.at the shoemaking market. Concretely I focused on customers of the company BUT-S, ltd. which has a quarters in Ostrava – Hranečník.
The main objective of this work is the investigation of customer satisfaction with provided products and services. The completive research is refering about the impression of stores and also the quantity of sold shoes by BUT-S company. The next aim was to find whether customers express their opinion on company. I have chosen marketing research - more accurately interrogation method as the way to gain relevant data in company´s stores.
