Optimalizace tréninku operátorů při provádění metody SMED

Abstract

The aim of this work is to design a training module for operators doing changeover of printing machine Rapida 142. Based on the analysis method SMED, observing the activities of operators, Spaghetti diagram analysis and other methods used, this issue was discussed in depth. Deficiencies were found, which can be committed in the implementation of SMED and designed them adequate solutions for their removal. The result is a design of a training module consisting of four basic pillars, namely: 1. Changeover scenarios SMED activities for the most common alterations. 2. Training guidelines for the operators of the Rapida 142. 3. Improvement process matrix for SMED. 4. The balance of benefits and costs of implementing the SMED.
