Srovnání způsobu řízení a porovnání managementu vybraných fitness center

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce "srovnání způsobu řízení a porovnání managementu vybraných fitness center" bylo analyzovat a porovnat fitness centra na základě informací získaných o marketingu a managementu. Energy Fitness se nachází ve středu Brna, zatímco Fitpeople Futurum má sídlo na okraji Brna v obchodním domě Futurum. K získání dat byly rozeslány dotazníky pro zákazníky fitness center a uskutečněny rozhovory s majitelem Fitpeople Futurum a manažerkou Energy Fitness. Následně byla provedena SWOT analýza, která identifikovala silné a slabé stránky, hrozby a příležitosti těchto posiloven. Cílem práce bylo prostudovat management a analyzovat nabízené služby a produkty. Na závěr byly navrženy náměty na zlepšení poskytovaných služeb.

The subject of the bachelor thesis "comparison of management methods and comparison of management of selected fitness centers" was to analyze and compare fitness centers based on the information obtained about marketing and management. Energy Fitness is located in the centre of Brno, while Fitpeople Futurum is located on the outskirts of Brno in the Futurum department store. To obtain data, questionnaires were sent out to fitness centre customers and interviews were conducted with the owner of Fitpeople Futurum and the manager of Energy Fitness. Subsequently, a SWOT analysis was conducted to identify the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of these gyms. The aim of the work was to study the management and analyze the services and products offered. Finally, suggestions were made to improve the services provided.
