Abstract

The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to analyze and design information subsystem for social services specified on the individual planning.

The first section describes the essential concepts and theories associated with this proposal. Theory is focused on database systems and structured analysis methods and system design, namely making the essential model consisting of data and functional modeling.

The second part describes the methodology and methods that were used during the draft.

The third part includes the analysis of the current status.

The fourth part is an essential model of the system. It is represented by a functional model and data model, which is using the three-level conception. These three levels are semantic, conceptual and logical relational.

The last part evaluates the proposed solutions
