Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on a decrease of unauthorized business. The aim of the thesis is to identify and compare individual tools to decrease unauthorized business and find optimal solution of this topic. In theoretical part of the thesis, there are economic and legal aspects of unauthorized business determined. Economic terms related to it such as business, trade license, macroeconomic and microeconomic aspects of unauthorized business are outlined. Reasons for unauthorized business are analyzed. Further, the Trade Act and Criminal Code are discussed from the point of unauthorized business view. The practical part of this thesis deals with individual tools being used to decrease unauthorized business comparing them as for effectiveness and financial demand. This part of thesis also outlines the ways, by which this topic is fought by the countries of West Europe.
