Abstract

The aim of Bachelor thesis,, Problems of material procurement for manufacturing "is to explore the issue of supply manufacturing company and to propose such measures that will lead to the improvement of the activity. The theoretical part is dedicated to the logistics processes of the supplying , classification of inventory, costs resulting from inventory and its management systems. The practical part describes supply processes of JAP Trading Ltd. and carried out the analysis of stocks. The final section suggests the ways of inventory management improvements in the JAP Trading Ltd. enterprise.
