Návrh implementační části Strategie komunitně vedeného místního rozvoje na území Hranicka

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the programming period 2007-2013 under MAS Hranicko and subsequently proposed the implementation of the Strategy of community-maintained local development in the territory Hranicko the 2014-2020 programming period. The specific objective is to determine the role of institutions MAS, to be launched itself implementation. Comunity Led Local Development (CLLD) is specific integrated tool used at the subregional level and is complementary measure to further activities to support the development at the local level. The work is divided into 3 main parts. The first part deals with the theory and methodology of Comunity Led Local Development. Another section deals with territorial scope the evaluation of the programming period 2007 - 2013. The final section is devoted to the design implementation of the Strategy, concrete proposals for measures to MAS Hranicko in relation to operational programs.
