Zhodnocení motivačního systému výrobní společnosti

Abstract

This diploma thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the motivation system in the manufacturing company AB a.s. Its aim is to analyze the current motivation system based on theoretical knowledge and the results of its own research. The work is divided into two main parts. In the introduction, it is devoted to the theoretical and methodological foundations of the motivation system, where individual concepts and methods are explained, which serve as the basis for the practical part. The practical part contains the characteristics of the selected company and the analysis of the current motivation system through PEST analysis, questionnaire survey and controlled interview. The results are subsequently summarized using SWOT analysis. Based on the evaluation, specific recommendations for improving the motivation system and employee satisfaction are proposed at the conclusion of the work.
