Administratívna budova – projektová dokumentácia pre prevedenie stavby

Predmetom diplomovej práce je vypracovať projektovú dokumentáciu administratívnej budovy pre stavebné riadenie s vyriešením špecifických detailov danej stavby. Súčasťou projektovej dokumentácie je správny návrh skladieb jednotlivých stavebných konštrukcií tak aby boli zaistené tepelné požiadavky pre šírenie tepla, vlhkosti a vzduchu v konštrukcií. Pre overenie správneho návrhu sú jednotlivé konštrukcie tepelne technicky posúdené v súlade s ČSN 73 0540-2 [3]. Pomocou programu Energie 2010 [34] bol overený predbežný návrh energetickej bilancie budovy. Následne je vyhotovený Energetický štítek obálky budovy ktorá je vyhodnotená ako úsporná.

Projektová dokumentácia je vypracovaná podľa platných noriem a zákonov. Jedná sa o štvorpodlažnú administratívnu budovu s jednoplášťovou nevetranou plochou strechou. Všetky štyri podlažia obsahujú potrebné hygienické zariadenia vrátane pre telesne postihnuté osoby. V 1. NP bude situovaná kaviareň a obchod pre verejnosť. Ostatné nadzemné podlažia budú obsahovať kancelárske priestory stým že 4.NP bude riešene ako open office. Prevažná časť budovy je riešená ako bezbariérová v súlade s Vyhláškou č. 398/2009 Sb. [13]. Vertikálny pohyb je zaistený pomocou výťahu alebo schodiska navrhnutého podľa ČSN 73 4130 [2]. Bol zvolený prefabrikovaný skeletový konštrukčný systém S1.2 s výplňovým keramickým murivom Porotherm.

Office building - the project documentation for construction design

The main subject of this thesis is to create a project documentation of the administrative building for the structural management and with solutions for the specific details of the building. The project includes documentation for correct compositions of an individual building structures, so they can be capable to secure thermal requirements for the heat exchange and transmission of the moisture and air. To verify the correct design, individual constructions are thermally and technically assessed. The preliminary predesign of the energy balance of the building was verified by the software Energie 2010. Consequently, there has been made the Energy label of the building envelope which is evaluated as economical.

The project documentation is elaborated according to currently valid standards and laws. This is a four-floor office building with a single-shell unventilated flat roof. All four floors contain the necessary sanitary equipment, including areas with specific requirements for disabled persons. On the first floor there is located a cafe and a shop for the schema_dspacedb. All above-ground floors contain separated office rooms and on the whole fourth floor is designed as an open office area. The major part of the building is designed as a non-barrier facility for disabled persons and the vertical movement is secured by a lift or staircase. The supporting frame of the building is designed as a prefabricated skeleton construction system S1.2 filled with Porotherm ceramic bricks.
