Dostavba městského bloku polyfunkčním objektem (ul. Stodolní, Masná, Kolejní, Pobialova)

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the completion of the city block near the city center on ul.Stodolní. Completion method based on historical knowledge of the territory, its evolution and the current requirements for solution of this district, which recalls the much more peripheral than the central part of the city. The building is designed as an office building using the ground floor for shops, services and café with regard to the functional structure of the area, which are mainly bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels and offices. Office spaces are designed as flexible as the cellular offices to open plan offices with emphasis on the possibility of contact with the outdoor environment and the people themselves.
