Analýza konkurenceschopnosti podniku v oblasti prodeje a služeb

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of competitiveness in sales and services. Therefore, the aim of the thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of a selected company operating in this area using selected methods and to propose recommendations for improving its market position based on the results obtained from the analysis. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts related to the issue and describes the methods that are key to the analysis of the selected company. In the practical part, the characteristics of the company are first presented and then the external and internal environment of the company is analysed using the selected methods. At the end of the thesis, the results of the analysis are summarized and recommendations for improving the company's market position are proposed. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis shows that the selected company is competitive in spite of its weaknesses, but in order to maintain its position on the market and increase its competitiveness it is necessary to eliminate these weaknesses.
