Možnosti využití metody START v rámci krizových a havarijních plánů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá způsobem třídění raněných při mimořádné události, jeho historií a druhy, se zaměřením na metodu START (Snadné Třídění A Rychlá Terapie). Zjišťuje, podle jakých předpisů mohou základní složky Integrovaného záchranného systému tuto metodu použít, a jak je začleněna do havarijního a krizového plánování. Srovnává prvky metody v jednotlivých krajích České republiky a způsoby třídění ve vybraných zemích světa.

Thesis deals the way of triage of the victims during the emergency, its history and types focus on the method S.T.A.R.T. (Simple Triage And Rapid Treatment). It detects according to which prescript the main items of Integrated Emergency System (IES) can use this method and how is this method involved in crisis and emergency planning. It also compares the elements of the method S.T.A.R.T. in particular regions of the Czech Republic and the way of triage in the chosen countries of the world.
