Abstract

The theme of the Bachelor's thesis is concealed advertising on social media. The main goal is to understand the law regulation of concealed advertising on social media in the Czech Republic. The thesis is focused especially on unfair business practices, unfair competition, product placement, and Instagram. The next step after the explanation of the law regulation is its aplication on real cases of concealed advertising on Instagram. The methods used for reaching the goal are mainly description and comparation.
