Náplň funkce starosty Sboru dobrovolných hasičů

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na náplň funkce starosty sboru dobrovolných hasičů. V teoretické části jsou popsána občanská sdruţení zaměřené na poţární ochranu v České republice. Dále je zde popsána organizační struktura sdruţení, s náplní činnosti funkcionářů na jednotlivých úrovních. Jsou zde popsány vnitřní dokumenty sdruţení, a taktéţ povinnosti vyplývající z legislativy České republiky, kterými se musí při své činnosti sbor dobrovolných hasičů řídit. Praktická část je tvořena dotazníkem, který je zaměřen na starosty a funkcionáře sboru k zjištění poţadavků starostů na odbornou přípravu. Na závěr je zde naformulované doporučení, jakým zaměřením by se měla odvíjet odborná příprava starostů sboru.

The bachelor thesis. VŠB-TUO. This bachelor thesis deals with the content of function of the Chief of brigáde of volunteer fire fighters. The theoretical part describes the civic associations focused on fire protection in the Czech republic. Also the organizational structure and the content of activity of officials at particular levels are described. The internal documents of associations and the obligations that follow from legislation of the Czech republic that every brigade of volunteer fire fighters has to obey are described. The practical part consists of survey that is focused on chiefs and officials of the fire brigade and it should find out their training requirements. Finally the recommendation of appropriate specialization that every chief of fire brigade should follow is described.
