Abstract

This bachelor work, titled "Analysis of the organization and design of the organization strategy" deals with the strategic analysis of the organization. The goal is to deeply analyze the company, its internal and external environment and from the gathered information to propose such recommendations, which could be helpful in the future development of the company and the potential creation of a new strategy. The bachelor work is arranged into five thematic units. Besides the introduction and conclusion of the work, the second chapter is devoted to theoretical knowledge relating to strategic analysis. The third chapter characterizes the firm that I decided to make an analysis in. The penultimate chapter is a practical part where I used professional methods (PEST analysis, Porter's competitive forces model, SWOT analysis, BCG matrix and financial analysis) obtained the results of strategic analysis, which helped me to process the proposals and recommendations focused on particular areas that are used to design new strategies.
