Problematika státní památkové péče

Abstract

My Bachelor work focuses on problems of the State System of Heritage Preservation in royal town of Žatec. The work primarily introduces its readers with the town itself, its history, administrative development and for the town characteristic, hop growing. In the next part I am dealing with particular problems of historical town of Žatec on the level of monuments preservation in accordance with the nomination of its hop buildings to be enlisted in the UNESCO World Heritage List. In the second part there is an analysis of possibilities of raising financial resources for reconstruction and restoration of town’s conservation structures.In the conclusion there is a summary of how the historical potential of the town can help the local tourism to develop and expand.
