Zhodnocení hospodaření vybraných základních škol zřizovaných městem Valašské Meziříčí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením hospodaření vybraných základních škol. V jednotlivých částech je práce zaměřena na školství v České republice, kde je popsán vzdělávací systém, pojem vzdělání, vzdělávání a jeho cíle. Věnuje se klasifikaci vzdělání, orgánům školství a vymezením příspěvkových organizací. Cílem práce bylo zhodnocení hospodaření základních škol zřizované městem Valašské Meziříčí v letech 2018-2022. Dílčími cíli bylo zhodnocení výkonových a technických parametrů, majetků a fondů jednotlivých škol a zhodnocení počtu jednotlivých škol v letech 2018-2022. Proto se tato práce dále zabývá konkrétní charakteristikou vybraných škol, analýzou počtu žáků, tříd, kapacitou škol, počtem pedagogických a nepedagogických pracovníků. Velká část práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření a činnosti těchto organizací a jejich následný přepočet na jednoho žáka a jednu třídu tak, aby byl naplněn hlavní cíl i dílčí cíle.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the management of selected elementary schools. In individual parts, the work is focused on education in the Czech Republic, where the educational system, the concept of education and its goals are described. It deals with the classification of education, education authorities and the definition of contribution organizations. The aim of the work was to evaluate the management of elementary schools established by the city of Valašské Meziříčí in the years 2018-2022. The sub-goals were the assessment of performance and technical parameters, assets and funds of individual schools and the assessment of the number of individual schools in the years 2018-2022. Therefore, this work further deals with the specific characteristics of the selected schools, the analysis of the number of pupils, classes, the capacity of the schools, the number of teaching and non-teaching staff. A large part of the work is focused on the analysis of the management and activities of these organizations and their subsequent conversion to one pupil and one class so that the main goal and sub-goals are fulfilled.
