Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to realize experimental EGG measuring base on variability placement of electrodes and then the comparative analysis EGG signal was performed. There was no general recommendation for measuring the EGG signal. Therefore, data recording was performed using three scanning methods. Ten participants participated in this study. The obtained electrogastrograms were processed using algorithms in MATLAB. In addition time-frequency analysis was performed to extract the characteristic features of the EGG signal using a short-time Fourier transform (STFT) to take the information about the placement of frequency and power in real-time. The results of this study showed that horizontal leads are the most suitable way of acquiring diagnostic information of the EGG signal. Based on this finding the laboratory task was created for experimental measuring EGG signal and his evaluation.
