Abstract

In this thesis is analyzed the researched area LÚC 39 in terms of geomorphological conditions, geological conditions of Carboniferous beds and especially of caps. In the next chapter provides basic information about Radon and Methane and about their properties. Subsequently is monitored the porosity of the geological environment and analyzed for possible factors of transmission of mine gas on the ground. It also is concerned with theories, principles and realization of measurement selected geophysical methods (electrical resistivity tomography, ground penetrating radar and emanation method of radon). The measured data are interpreted. Available results of Metanscreening are compared with measured values of volume activity of Radon. The thesis is within the project to revitalize the Moravian-Silesian Region no. 35/AKT - Updated Project 35 - "Comprehensive solutions methane issues in relation to the old mines" implemented by the association "BIG METHANE"
